On 15–16 October, members of the Board of Directors of LE TREE Holdings and the BDO audit team visited LE TREE China Headquarters and conducted an inspection tour of Shuyipai, our strategic partner, including on-site visits to multiple Shuyipai stores. Both sides held in-depth discussions on the strategic cooperation of the Shuyipai nail and beauty brand, and carried out strategic deliberations on the business layout of the Group’s portfolio entities, Shuyipai Ancient Beauty Workshop and Jingzi International Medical Aesthetics, to jointly build a full-coverage beauty ecosystem.
